How can I order products from the shop?

It’s easy. Make an order from our online shop is easy and intuitive.

1. First, you need an account to enter in velattib2b.com and only VELATTI can create it. If you do not have an account and you are interested in our products, send to us an email to b2b@velatti.com, indicating the name of your store, address, contact and telephone number.
2. When you have your username, you can browse the shop. velattib2b.com is organised in categories where you can find what you like.
3. When you have found something you want, just click on “Add to shopping basket” or “I want it”.
4. When your shopping basket is full, click on “Process order”.
5. During the process, you will be asked to supply a delivery address and a billing address.
6. And to finalize the order you must click on “Process order”.
7. Once the order is finished you´ll recieve a confirmation email (we recommend that you look at the spam bos if you do not receive this email).
8. Later we will contact to you by email to arrange delivery schedule and payment method.
